In der Rubrik „Gallery“ befragt Provence das Format zeitgenössischer Galerien und spricht mit den beiden deutschen Galeristinnen Gisela Capitain und Esther Schipper sowie den beiden Newcomern Daniel Heleth und Bärbel Trautwein von der Galerie Barbara Weiss.
Weiterhin enthält das Magazin einen Text der legendären italienischen Modekritikerin Mariuccia Casadio über die Designerin/Künstlerin Cinzia Ruggeri, Mode-Beiträge von Marc Akasheme und Ursina Gysi, eine persönliche Annäherung an die Arbeit der Künstlerin Cady Nolan von Inka Meissner und einen Beitrag zur Schweizer Künstlerin Hannah Villiger. Provence wurde 2009 gegründet und erscheint seit 2018 halbjährlich.
The “Issues of our Time” section in the Spring/Summer 2019 edition of Provence features a conversation with sociologist Eva Illouz about her new book, Why Love Ends. In the “Gallery” section, Provence goes on to examine the format of the contemporary gallery and speaks with the two German gallerists Gisela Capitain and Esther Schipper as well as with newcomers Daniel Herleth and Bärbel Trautwein from the renowned Galerie Barbara Weiss. The magazine also includes an article by Italian fashion critic legend Mariuccia Casadio on the designer-cum-artist Cinzia Ruggeri, new fashion editorials by Marc Akasheme and Ursina Gysi, a personal insight on the work of artist Cady Nolan by Inka Meissner, and a feature on Swiss artist Hannah Villiger. Provence was founded in 2009 and has been published biannually since 2018.
