THE DIARY
„The Diary“ is a unique book/calendar/journal designed to serve as a personal organizer and daily guide. It was created to help individuals structure their busy lives, increase awareness of their surroundings and habits, and combine planning, goal-setting, and gratitude practices into a single resource. The creators of „The Diary“ spent years searching for a journal that would provide ample space and guidance to address all aspects of their lives and support their individual goals while fostering gratitude. However, since they couldn't find such a journal, they decided to create one themselves.
„The Diary“ allows users to start at any time as there are no pre-set dates, and individuals have the flexibility to fill in the dates themselves. It focuses on daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to help users achieve their yearly goals. It encourages reflection on each day, fostering awareness of what brings happiness and gratitude.
The diary begins with a manifestation plan where users reflect on their thoughts and visualize what they want to achieve in the next year. Goals are written in the present tense and categorized into four segments: Mind, Body & Health, Career, and Lifestyle. Users are also encouraged to create a vision board by gathering inspiring pictures that align with their desired life and pasting them onto a dedicated page.
Each day, users are advised to start with the „Reflect and Reset“ page, answering morning reflection questions. The following pages feature a daily planner for to-do lists, priorities, notes, and activities related to the mind, body, and soul. Additional journaling pages provide space to record thoughts or significant events. At the end of the day, users revisit the „Reflect and Reset“ page to answer evening reflection questions.
„The Diary“ incorporates a manifestation exercise called the 3-6-9 method, which involves writing down desires in the present tense and feeling as if they have already been realized. This practice aims to align thoughts, emotions, and actions with desired outcomes to facilitate manifestation. Weekly reviews prompt users to evaluate their progress, set improvement goals, and rate their happiness levels. Monthly reviews allow for summarizing progress and tracking achievements, such as books read or steps taken.
„The Diary“ covers three months and includes planners, guides, reflection pages, and reviews. Four diaries in total complete a year's worth of journaling. It is intended to help users lead a more organized life and work towards their dream life.
